Nick's Work at Lime

At Lime, I played a central role in driving our growth across the United States, entering new markets and ensuring operational excellence in each one. A summary of my contributions and milestones achieved includes:

Market Expansion

Spearheaded the successful launch of eight distinct markets, including cities like Dallas, Phoenix, Tulsa, among others. In collaboration with teams, co-launched three additional significant markets such as Montreal, Hoboken, and San Francisco.

Operational Efficiency

Diligently sourced warehouse spaces, leading negotiations for leases. Additionally, I took charge of ensuring each warehouse was not only OSHA compliant but also optimized for peak operational efficiency.

Team Building

Demonstrated leadership by interviewing, hiring, and training hundreds of contingent workers. My emphasis on team cohesion and skill-building resulted in the creation of robust, long-lasting teams.

Government Relations

Collaborated closely with our Government Relations team. Attended council meetings, cultivated relationships with local law enforcement, fire departments, and strategically networked with local business leaders and stakeholders. These efforts significantly influenced favorable legislative outcomes for Lime.

Media Relations

In tandem with our Press team, we secured dominant positive news coverage. I was instrumental in managing potential PR crises by quickly addressing negative stories and steering them towards positive narratives.

Operational Playbooks

Before Lime had established guidelines, I developed comprehensive operational playbooks for our emerging scooter markets, ensuring uniformity and best practices.

Event Management

Successfully orchestrated the Omaha World Series, which later became the benchmark and was integrated into Lime’s Mega Event Playbook.

Performance Metrics

Proudly held the distinction of having the lowest fail rate among launchers, alongside maintaining one of the highest market profitability rates.

Sustainability Advocacy

Played a key role in Lime's inclusion in the 'We Are Still In Pledge' during the 2018 UN Climate Negotiations. This made Lime the pioneering multimodal company to be a part of this significant pledge.
